BSF70 BIFOLD DOORS

The AluK BSF70 Bifold Door is available with either a chamfered or square bead finish. Its lightweight but structurally strong frame can accommodate large sections of glazing between 28mm and 40mm. As they smoothly slide open, the door leaves fold neatly back to provide a wide opening. With either open-in or open-out configuration, they are perfectly suited to all building types. The beauty of bifold doors is their innovative functionality. When the doors are fully open, their unique flush line pop-out handle allows the stacking panels to fold back close to the wall to create a seamless transition from interior to exterior space. It can achieve Part M compliance and provides convenient access for people with limited mobility.

F82 LUMINIA BIFOLD DOORS

Emphasising installation simplicity for on-site tradesmen, F82 Luminia Bifold doors from Alu-tec (UK) deliver industry-best U-values of just 1.3 while keeping style and performance firmly in mind. Generous panel size options of up to 2600mm high, help to keep the sightlines of each unit crisp using minimal aluminium profile and smooth operation is a certainty. PAS 24 certification signify F82 Luminia Bifold doors’ ability to surpass the expected UK Building Regulation security standards for commercial projects. Also tying into this are the high levels of wind, water, and air resistance, delivering complete application flexibility

BSC94 INLINE SLIDING DOORS

Engineered using AluK’s high quality and robust BSC94 aluminium system, inline sliding doors fabricated here at Alu-tec (UK) can be supplied to fit onto either a Duo or Tri rail track. Certified to PAS 24 standards for industry-approved security levels, U-values as low as 1.7 W/m²K when double glazed ensures high water and air resistance levels of value to any architectural project. The inherent strength of aluminium means that inline sliding doors can accommodate a panel weight of up to 400kg and still retain sightlines as slim as 85mm. There is also the option to accommodate double glazing up to 31mm thick.

BSC94 Lift and Slide Sliding doors from Alu-tec (UK) emphasise versatile function and sleek sightlines of just 100mm, within a multitude of configurations. With thermal U-values of 1.7 W/m²K when double glazed, these premium doors will provide any sized architectural project high levels of water and air resistance. Panel weights of up to 400kg ensures that all our BSC94 Lift and Slide Sliding doors remain robust yet easy to operate. A full range of hardware, dual colour, and security feature options makes it easy for them to suit almost any conceivable application.

The ‘EDGE’ Air flat rooflight

The 'EDGE' Air rooflight features a unique polished edge-to-edge glass design with practical benefits like water gliding off the surface. The concealed actuator operates silently with 'soft start' and 'soft close' functions. It can open up to 300mm and be controlled via wall switch or remote. Additional options include rain sensor and thermostatic controls. The rooflight stands at only 103mm high and maintains thermal efficiency with low emission heat soaked toughened safety glass and a U-Value of 1.3 w/m2k. Internal strap fixings and heat-soaked toughened safety glass provide enhanced security and peace of mind.
